How do I return or exchange an item?

We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to make a return or exchange, we will be happy to help you.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact laurie@pupsplace.com immediately for a full refund or replacement product.

Returns
  • All returned items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition and received by us within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
  • All tags must be attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Please contact laurie@pupsplace.com for a return form.*
  • Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping.
  • Pup's Place is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
  • Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
  • An e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Exchanges

*As part of our Green initiatives we have made it a priority to cut down on paper consumption whenever possible. Rather than providing a return/exchange label with every purchase we will email a return/exchange label as needed to those customers that request them. Thank you for helping us remain as Green as possible!
